What makes us different or what distinguishes wash&go from any other self-service laundromat? After we ourselves had to rely on laundromats for years and had really experienced a lot, we had the idea: we can do it better! With us, every customer should feel completely comfortable and be 100% satisfied with the washing result. For us, this means that hygiene and cleanliness must come first! Our hygiene concept means that our branches and machines are cleaned several times a day and disinfectants are available for all customers. Read for yourself what else we have to offer:

Washing - 7 kg professional machines

14 brand new 7 kg professional washing machines / No waiting times due to large number of machines / Clean laundry in just 35 minutes

Drying - 20 kg professional machines

6 brand new 18kg professional dryers per location / Space for duvets, pillows, sleeping bags, curtains, pillows, etc. / Crease-free drying in just 30-40 minutes

Washing - 18 kg washing machines

2 brand new 18 kg professional washing machines / Lots of space for large mountains of laundry, duvets, mattress toppers, curtains, pillows and much more / Clean laundry in just 35 minutes

Lounge & Free Wifi

Free high-speed WiFi at all our locations / coffee machine / comfortable seats and sofa to chill out

wash&go step-by-step instructions

wash&go is a self-service laundromat in Stuttgart and in Karlsruhe and washing and drying is really easy! Just follow the step-by-step instructions and nothing can go wrong. You can also find the instructions in each of our launderette wash&go locations. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Fill washing machine & close door
At the ticket machine machine no. select
Select washing program
Pay with cash or discount card
Buy detergent and fill it in
Press the start button on the machine

IMPORTANT: Once you have pressed Start on the washing machine, you will no longer be able to stop the washing machine. We don't have an emergency button to stop either. If you have accidentally selected the wrong washing program, call us BEFORE you start the wash cycle. Then we can still help you 🙂

Select temperature on dryer & start

NOTE: You can stop our dryers at any time by opening the door. You can then easily select a different drying temperature if you are not satisfied.

Wer steckt eigentlich hinter Waschsalon wash&go, den größten Waschsalons in Stuttgart oder in Karlsruhe?! Im Gegensatz zu einem Café, einer Bar oder zum Beispiel einer Boutique ist in unsren SB-Waschsalons keiner vor Ort; einzige Ausnahme unsere Reinigungskraft, welche 2-3x am Tag nach dem Rechten in den Waschsalons schaut. Ansonsten gibt es da nur die Stimme am 24h Servicetelefon oder jemand der auf E-Mails oder Facebook-Nachrichten antwortet...
